A strategic individualized treatment plan often involves specific exercises and stretches used in addition to soft-tissue sports massage and joint mobilisation techniques.
How many sessions does your average client require?
Typically, the majority of people respond positively within 3-6 sessions.
Why do I need an Assessment?
A thorough assessment is necessary in order to help the therapist establish an effective treatment programme so that the patient and the therapist can work together.

Why does rest alone not work?
Rest by itself is a helpful only to a point, it is important where possible to maintain a level of activity to assist recovery from injury (known as Active Rest). This is because muscles are inherently lazy by nature and by not using them appropriately a lazy muscle is difficult to retrain into its pre-injury state.
Are your prices competitive?
My pricing is competitive. All graduate sports therapists and certified practitioners are required to maintain rigid pricing.
